After around 6 months charge-sheet has been filed, but this chargesheet didn't record statements of two witnesses from our side (excluding my brother) and one witness from the dead person side who kind of verbally accepted that it was not my brother's fault but it was the dead person who hit the cow first and then he his his bike to my brother's car. Only Police witnesses are there in Chargesheet. Does it make the case weak for them? What can be done in this case?

firstly oppose the filing of the charge sheet as it is beyond stipulated period. morefully during your evidence bring up the names of witness. for more details get in touch with S S Law Offices by searching google. 80 13 02 18 18

if there was no police at the time of the accident and if there is only the police are there in the witness list then your brother doesn't have anything to worry about cause when the case comes to the stage of evidence , then it will be in your brother's favour and the case will end.
