as i can see your issue as you have been falsy alligated in the alligation of false promise of marriage by someone as you got aquited now from the court so in my view you have got the remedy from indian law itself to save gaurd your interest of life and defamation you have undergine due to false alligation alleges on you in this matter you have got tge option to file defamation suit as well as you can also file case for procedding agaisnt tye person for filling of false case in the court .other party will defenatly get punished and you will get justice as well.

You can file a criminal case for malicious prosecution and defamation against the opposite party and seek compensation for the mental agony and sufferings you've been through due to the cases filed against you. For effective remedial action you may consult me.

Filing any false case is an offence in the eyes of law. No law is gender biased, justice is equal for all. You can file a case for defamation against that woman and seek compensation. For further information please feel free to contact Thanks

You can lodge FIR under section 211 IPC that is “Whoever, with intent to cause injury to any person, institutes or causes to be instituted any criminal proceeding against that person, or falsely charges any person with having committed an offence, knowing that there is no just or lawful ground for such proceeding or charge against that person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both; And if such criminal proceeding be instituted on a false charge of an offence punishable with death imprisonment for life, or imprisonment for seven years or upwards, shall be punishable with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine. You may also add section 500 ipc for defamation and simultaneously file suit for defamation too! Thanks n b in touch
