Advice for a regular bail of my husband who is arrested on 06th april

Actually my husband have a csc center and his unknown mistake was that,he printed false rc books of stolen vehicles..and when thief were arrested they telled my husband name for printing false rc so how can i get bail please let me know

you can file a bill application for your husband and want to grant Bail you can file police complaint against that person who is involved in this case in reality you cam file a case on high court agaist them

Hello, hope you are good, yes your husband can get bail. but please answer the questions asked for some clarity. 1.How long is your husband under judicial custody/Remand? 2. Is the police filed the Chargesheet? 3. Did you inquire about the stage of investigation at the Police Station? 4. Did you get the FIR Copy from the Police Station or Police provided you any details related to it.
