Can we advance the Cr.case when it is in HBC stage

yes you can advance the criminal case when it is in HBC but to advance the case there should be some urgency as to why you want to advance the case, if you want to advance state the reasons for the same and normally the court will allow advance application, so state your reasons for taking the case early and request the court to advance it.

Dear Sir, Yes, you can advance any criminal case. Since it is for hearing before charge as such you can advance the case and file discharge application otherwise there is every danger that charges may be framed on the date of hearing. A copy is to be served on the public prosecutor concerned before case being advanced.
