If someone who is minor and with her consent establish relationship with major and later complaint for rape then major is punishable or not or how he can find bail
If she is minor then POSCO act is applies and if she is having a relation with major aged and if u are having a proof that the act done is with consent then person aggrieved can file a complaint Against the said person. relationship is no offence in any age group until there is sex. if a major had sex with a minor then it is an offence. consent of minor is immaterial. means whether consent of minor has been obtained or not, it is not matter . it becomes an offence when some major person had sexual relations with a minor. kindly send complete details on my email or contact through chat box for detail conversation

Hello if a major have physical relationship with minor even with consent is an offence under the relevant provisions of Indian penal code and pocso act. For bail you should contact a local advocate with complete detail of situation and circumstances along with copy of FIR
