Adding of section in trial case

Case has been registered 2 years before in 354 and posco 7/8 statement in 161 and 164 no content of rape was there in trial in the prosecution examination the victim did not said anything about rape and in cross examination also but after that they are giving application of addition of 376 is it possible if possible what remedy will be there

First of all provide your related case documents,like copies of FIR ,chargesheet , is there any medical report available or not , if yes then also provide the copy of medical report . after perusal examination, I can provide you a solid legal opinion .
