My wife has filed a false complaint against me in women cell .How can i get a written copy of the complaint and how can i reply in writing against the false allegation on me to overcome from her malafide intentions. sabby

Hi hi, You can get the copy of the complaint filed by your wife in woman cell by filing an RTI along with the necessary fee . You need not disclose all your defence in form of reply.
