Acquitted in case can i join govt. job or not

Sir I was charged in January 2012 in 306,376 ipc but now I acquitted in this case so now I can go in government services or not.?

Yes you can definitely apply for a Government job in case you have been duty acquitted in all the criminal charges that were filed against you. There should not be any case pending against you in this regard.

Yes you can go in the government services because you have been acquired. However you need to check wether any appeal is file against the appeal against acquittal before honble high court or not, if yes it would be treated as continuation of proceeding against you.

Yea you can join , you have to give detail of the case , a report will be filed by your local police station regarding this if u r suitable and eligible, definately u should apply for the job.

Sir your case under section 306,376 IPC is acquittal. And you are eligible government services state& central government.if you character certificate in problem to produce above case judgement certified copy.

Yes u can join depending upon the fact that did ur department dismissed u on account of ur conviction or held an enquiry to the conduct which led to your conviction and thereafter they dismissed u. Further opinion can only b given upon brief probing .
