Accused of taking money in cash

I have been accused of taking money in cash. In reality I have not received any cash nor I have given any receipt for receiving the amount. Now police is threatening to lodge FIR and charge sheet

Dear Sir, No FIR can be issued as it is purely money transaction and civil in nature. If Police register and issue any FIR then immediately apply and get anticipatory bail from Sessions Court thereafter approach High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for quashing such FIR. You need not worry.
