Accused of selling marijuana without proof

Hey so while in the police station one of the police officer takes my phone and goes through my pictures without my permission and then see pictures of marijuana and assumes I’m a peddler please help.

Sich things happens. Better come out of such unnecessary trouble. He cannot register any FIR against you. On the other hand you can lodge complaint against him with his higher authorities. But there will be some risk.
