Accused given a false statement in court ...as a victim what to do now

Sir/ma'am Accussed has given wrong statement and wrong proofs in court.....he refused to knwo me while i have provided the proofs in my prosecution evidences.... .....as a victim what should i do now Kindley reoly in messages only and not call Thankyou

You have a couple of options here. Firstly, you can file an application for perjury in the same court before the same judge. Alternatively, you may initiate a fresh complaint case under section 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code against the individual who provided false evidence.

first of all you need expert advocate Hindi particular field who can conduct your trial properly and if the accus was giving false evidences automatically go senior favour Piyush giving false evidences which favours them his case then you need to your separate advocate don't depend upon the prosecution Council of state because effect like differently and without reading the cross examination and charchit nobody can give you proper advice we need cross examination documents and proper chart sheet of cross there after we but as of now your resolution is only take a fresh advocate who can stand before the court for you only not for state not for defendant or accused thanks regards Nitesh Kumar advocate
