i am the defacto complainant, my petition was disposed in high court, then what should i do sir, accused filed a quash petition, quash petition aloowed by high court. i have 164 statement of railway judge, but my advocate collued with accused, then what should i do sir.
Again u need to appeal in high court
When j have sufficient proves why yo worry
