Abuse and threats over WhatsApp

If someone is abusing and threatning over WhatsApp and call and if I share these call recordings and WhatsApp screenshot with his family and friends then Is it illegal? Can he sue me for making his threats public?

If he/she is abusing and threatening you over calls and WhatsApp then he/she had done a criminal activity and not you. There’s nothing wrong if you just share that threatening calls/chats to the people. Hardly he/she can sue you for defamation. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You need to share those screenshots with me first and let me tell you if he is threatening you in that case you should file a complaint against such a person to the police and you should keep these screenshots as a proof

Hi .!!! No he cannot sue you if you share these threats in public because he himself is doing illegal act. You can very well confront his family and infact I will suggest you to go to police and submit a written complaint in police for safety of your life.

It's illegal if you want to make a complaint have you write to register the FYR against him who have been threatening you on WhatsApp on any very social media and if you want a better solutin this matter contact on my number

No it's legal if you share the screenshots with his family member and friends and also gave the same in your nearest police station. So that they can launch FIR against them. And also gave the screenshot to nearest cyber cell.
