About payroll in case of child abuse/pasco

Hello everyone, actually a girl of 15 year make a fake alligation of rape and without any proof police arrested him and took him in the prison . Even now it's about 3 months gone through the incident and till my father is in jail without any proof any DNA report. Right now he is on trial. I just want to how should I approach for his bail /payroll , is their any way that he will come out . As this is the condition of corona , and I heard that people get payroll on that basis , is this possible for those people who on trial.

Hello Good Morning I'm Advocate Vivek Mishra according to your statement well you can move for Bail instead of parole because parole is not too much to get out of it.. for more query you have to show me FIR and other relevant papers . thank you

on your father situation there is only one relief that you need to file a bail application and give your all evidence and get bail. bcoz parole only for thos who's offense is under 7 years of conviction. or other pity cases. but your father is booked for heinous crime. and have punishment of 10 year and above or life imprisonment.

you should apply for the bail in high court. even if you have not filled bail in lower court even then you directly can approach to high court for his bail. if even rejected the. in apeal he will surely get bail. as for as parole is concerned it's quite difficult as it's a matter of rape of a minor girl but he can get bail from high court for sure.
