To know unofficially whether the chargesheet has been filed by the IO in court, you may check with the court's Ahlmad (record keeper) or the Reader of the concerned court. You may also inquire discreetly through a court clerk or someone known in the police station.

You can contact the concerned Reader or Ahalamad of the court.
They will let you know in regard to filing of the chargesheet.
However my kind advice will be not engage oneself in wrong and unethical work which might lead to bigger problem.
