Then you have alternate remedies and you can approach the Session Court and even High Court for that and also FIR if any has been lodged against you can be quashed by High Court on the same grounds that a civil dispute is being given a criminal colour.

hello sir, I went through your query. it is really difficult to make out your relation with the woman who has accused you. the sections and the remedies depend upon the relation if the said woman is your wife, sister or tenant.
