A travel agent took money and never provided services, not refunding

We booked a tour with a freelance travel agent who took the sum and never booked the tickets for us. Later he gave excuses and said he will a refund but he has not done it to date. We have his UPI Id, his phone number, the number of his wife and his colleague and details of his ex-company. How can we get our money back legally and effectively?

You need to send a legal notice to the freelance travel agent with the help of an advocate with the help of all the necessary and supporting documents. After sending a legal notice, chances of getting back your money will increase

You need to get one complaint drafted via advocate for cheating n then u need to submit the same to nearest police station ! Kindly b in touch to understand the legalities..u may also go for Recivery suit but that is a long procedure ! Plz b in touch

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

hello client as i can see your issue is seems to be a clear case of 420, as well as breach of trust as well 406 as well . in this matter your money can be recovered along with interest as well as you are also liable to get the compansation also on the part travel agent. in this matter you can also send that person to jail as well.
