A person of my village has been taken all money through bank account number gradually he was avering me and not coming for land registery but one day finally he told that I am coming get ready paper work for registery of land and I had stamp paper for 50000rs and all documentation done but he didn't came and now he is not attending my calls and he ran away. I have allready sent notice to him and want take action according to criminal crospirancy plss help me out

Hi, I would need to look at all the evidence but with the prima facie case as I see it, you need to use the route of Section 156(3) of CrPC and file a case under Section 406, 420 of the IPC ASAP. Police generally does not entertain such matters which have essence of recovery ie of civil nature, hence the route via court is recommended..
