a person cheated me in name of gold selling

a person had taken money telling selling gold and ran away fir is been filed on 28-4-24 and accused was arrested on 19-6-24 and was released on bail on 24-6-24 and i dont know whats happening from the police end or from court end there is no trial started and what further action need to take from the complainant end guide me should i goto police station and tell them to file chargesheet or should i approach court guide me what has to be done for the speedy money recovery

1. you can file the recovery suit for returning money from the person who has collected the amount from you. 2. the fir what you have given in the police station is not for recovery. it is a punishment case. 3. you have to send notice to the opponent and recover the amount or money from him.
