A gaurd in the layout I stay is provoking the locals against us.

I live in a newly developed layout and there are only few houses in the layout so the developers had appointed a caretaker for the layout,he caused us many problems and we contacted the developers to have him removed,after this he has started spreading very bad things about my mother and he is also provoking the locals against my family using my religion name and also creating false stories to enrage the locals

Dear Sir, If you have some influence you may approach the Local Police to register FIR against him. Please collect evidence in both audio and video format. Please be in good terms with neighbours who shall give evidence against that person then you can file both civil and criminal case against him and the developer.

Try to get this resolved through the developers i.e., write to them/ issue legal notice if they don’t take any actions. If that also doesn’t work, then approach jurisdictional police station. Further to which legal actions trough court restraining them can be sought.

Please file a police complaint against him before jurisdictional police station. Also complain the same to developers. You can avoid this problem by raising a complaint as stated above to find the peace and remedies as per law. Your mother can even approach women police station and women rights commission
