A company cheats on money by saying this will refund to you.

A company took 30270 rupees as a security amount from me and said it will refund you in 1 hour. After 1 hour he said it will refund it tommorrow. And today he said it will refund it on monday.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations. you can file a complaint with the nearest police station of your area against the concerned person of the company. in the alternative you can also file a case for recovery of the amount due should you have any questions please feel free to contact me

You have an option to send a legal notice to the directors of the company seeking refund of your security amount within 15 days failing which a Suit for recovery can be filed in the court of law. You may connect with better particulars
