If the chart sheet has been applied, then before the charge is made, the name can be removed from the chart sheet by filing a discharge application.
Or you can get your name removed by going to the High Court on summons.

I would need to read the High Court order to understand the exactness of why they ordered Mediation because I am guessing your advocate might have approached the High Court to quash the case filed against you via Section 482.
If the mediation has failed, the report has to go to the High Court again, which is why I want to read the order. If it was in mediation the likeliness of the chargesheet should not have been there.
Your facts are not complete.
After the chargesheet is filed, the case goes into trial anyway, some preventive measures can be taken.
Your next course of action would be to file for divorce and let the trial take its course if the High Court rejects your quashing petition.
