8 yrs son beating from mother for small mistakes due to short temper

Hello Team,nWhat are different measures/ways/procedures can be done if a mother beating 8 year old boy badly for small mistakes due to mother's short temper and comparing with her child hood every second and in this case I am father.Do we have any law supporting fathers in this country where the mother is too harsh and beats her son badly-- nRegardsnLakshay

Yes certainly, you can take against the mother. You can file a written complaint or an FIR in the nearest police station of your home. Secondly, as per section 6 of the Hindu minority and guardianship act, father is the primary Guardian of a minor boy or a minor girl. You can take the custody of the child.

Yes you have many option you can seprate from her and file and divorce,, separation cases or u can or anyone can lodge an FIR on behalf of the child... Or u can also seek custody of child in ur favour.. But u have to be strong proof to prove her cruel... Rest is on the complete facts
