498A, 506 & 3/4 FALsE fir registered in UP

In a false 498A FIR related to dowry demand & cruelty after marriage against both my father & me, the IO sent a 41A notice on my whatapp for my father, but it had no date and asked for his signature. The IO is calling me solely to get my signatures and is pressuring me to come within the next 3 days. I dont have time to apply for anticipatory bail (AB). How can I protect myself without AB? I have already sent evidence to the IO on WhatsApp. Should I message her on WhatsApp stating that I assume

if IO has given notice through whatsapp then you can record your statement through telephone or you may visit to the the office of concerned investigating officer where you can give him all the evidences which you have for the necessary action.

जो पारिवारिक न्यायालय होते हैं और पारिवारिक जो विवाद होते हैं उनमें पुलिस अधिकारी 41 का नोटिस जरूर देता क्योंकि इस ऑफेंस में या इस अपराध में 7 साल से काम की सजा होती है इसलिए मैंडेट यह 41 का नोटिस भेजे यदि 41 के नोटिस क्या आप कंप्लायंस नहीं करते तो पुलिस अधिकारी मजबूर होगा आपको अरेस्ट करने के लिए

First of all, it is important to know what what all charges are present in the FIR. For offences, which have a punishment of below seven years section 41, a notice is to be issued before arrest is made. Like you said, it seems that the 41 a notice does not have a date on it. It is quite possible that the notice itself may be invalid or the officer is not authorised to issue the notice in the first place.
