दहेज मृत्यु के केस में हाई कोर्ट के द्वारा आपके मामले में स्थिति जन्य साक्षी और ट्रायल के समय गवाहों के द्वारा दिए गए बयान के आधार पर जमानत मिल सकती है। प्राय दहेज मृत्यु के मामले में लोअर कोर्ट सजा ही देती है परंतु हाई कोर्ट के द्वारा डिवीजन बेंच जमानत दे देती है

pehle aap apne question ko sahi se btiye ki saja kis court se hui hai agar lower court se saja hui hai to High Court me aap case file kar skte hai lekin agar high court se se saja hui hai to apko supreme court Jana honga
