437A bail bond with surety of 25k

we needs 2 bail bond, can single person stand for both of us? can a person reside out of delhi can give the bail, will there be any address veryification visit on the address of the person who is giving or accused address kindly answer

Dear Client, Anyone who is an Indian citizen can furnish bill bond on your behalf but a single person can only file a single bail bound for two bail bonds to different persons needs to appear in the court, there is no any address verification but any surety has to be filed alongwith bail bound like bank FD or Vehicle RC or anything else like that. Dear client Bail bonds will have to be given by 2 separate individuals before the court. Preferably from the same location that the court has jurisdiction. One person cannot give 2 surety bonds in any case

No, You need two different persons for two different bail bonds. Yes a person residing outside Delhi can also be a surety. A detailed advice can only be given after thorough reading of the bail Order.
