All burden of proof over her hands she booked hotel that means she had consent then she booked a Hotel and it seems a matter of Honeytrap and she just want to create pressure for something anyways try to challenge that FIR before court and most probably you will get out of this asap.

matter of consensual sex of two major independent people how criminal difficult to explain if the man is harassing forcing himself despite rebuff then counselling if unsuccessful and problem persists this also amounts to stalking etc legal action consent is key
