4 years old murder for dowry case

I am the elder sister of the victim who was murdered by her greedy inlaws after 67 days of her marriage. She was beaten brutally by the inlaws n then killed ( hung) . We have sufficient proofs that it's a murder but the culprits have political support. Most of the times the culprits don't come for the courts hearing without any fear of the law ( our law does not take action against them for not attending the courts hearing), husband (culprit) has got remarried also. I am bound to believe that Indian law and order exist anymore. I want justice for my innocent sister. Kindly guide me how can I ask for CBI investigation In
the case and how can i file the case in the fast track court. Regards

what is the date of F.I.R ? Police submitted charge sheet or not. I think your case is now in lower court. Hence for expedite
the case you can file a mandmus writ in High Court. And for C.B.I investigation you should give a application before police Higher authority.
