Police 379 ke case me fasana chahati thi Lekin meine USS pe antrisapti bail le li hai Uske baad agar voh police wala mujhe police station bulata hai Aur mujhe se jabardasti Karta hai sign karne ke liye ya kuch bhi aisa jiss se mere pe vo case daal sake ya police station na jau Kyuki woh bol raha tha ki me dikatha hu ki police ki Kya power hoti h kuch samaj nhi aa raha hai ki Aage Kya Karna chahiye mujhe

Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein you have been allegedly implicated in false case, you must approach the High Court for quashing of FIR. The high court will consider all the circumstances and evidence and if deem fit, the FIR against you will be quashed.

Depend krta hai ki anticipatory bail me order m kya mention kiya hua hai.. 379 is already bailable by police so the anticipatory bail is not stand as Arnesh kumar case they have to adopt a procedure to arrest you and habe to serve you notice before arresting and need Warrent of arrest before touch you you can reach me by searching on Google AK Rohilla Advocate rohtak or Rohilla's and Singh associate law firm rohtak chamber no 387 district court rohtak
