377 511 385 fake pocso 7/8 case registered against me

Is there any pocso case where the minor created his/her profile on dating app and lied his age with the accused and later his father/mother filed FIR on the accused. I am going through same as pocso 7/8 case 377 511 385 fake case registered against me

Yes, similar incident happened with many people, you can seek ABA/ Bail from the Hon’ble Court and also has remedy for quashing of FIR. If you’re not arrested yet , you’ll need to immediately apply for anticipatory bail from Sessions Court so that you can secure pre arrest bail.

you have a remedies to safeguard yourself, if the FIR is already registered you should first secure yourself hy take an anticipatory bail, then move om with the further course of action, after securing anticipatory bail there is a remedy to move to the high court for the quashing of the FIR before filing of chargesheet
