Dear Madam, The medical officer is responsible to submit a report to establish the offence under Section 376 and circumstantial evidence will be collected by the concerned Investigation Officer. In rape cases it is very easy to establish the crime. If the Accused is on bail then move for cancellation of bail on certain grounds.

when you have done this kind of act ..when you done this kind of means when you put tthe your penis inside of the vagina she has to go immediately to medical test without taking any bath than only in medical examination they can find out act has been done and 376 wil prove and you should say the age of the girl ..age is depends
