A girl has filed a case on our whole family under these sections. Charge sheet filed and case in moved to court. What are the possible ways to solve this case?

Dear Sir,
Such cases are common and the girl must have managed the police and registered such false case. You have to immediately get copy of the chareg sheet if he filed and either he can file discharge application or challenge the charge sheet before the High Court. In most of such cases the High courts are quashing such false cases.
