ji ki ja sakti hai ye medical report aur injury ka object aur injury kaha par ayi hai is par depend karta hai. After first information report if investigating officer found that circumstances of case doesn't attract 307 308 then he can drop those sections.

yes charge sheet can be omitted with the sections in the FIR or it can alternate the already sections in the FIR depending upon medical reports and evidence collected and filed the same into the court
