1.Chits amount cheque not given to me.

1.Chits amount cheque not given to me. 2.i filled case in the police station. 3.the company discussed with me about the cheque amount (we will clear u r cheque with in 2,3 months) 4.then I withdraw my complaint in ps. 5.but they sent me a legal notice from court (he not paid monthly emi ,he is a defaulter)

do u have copy of complaint copy which u given at Police station even if the complaint is closed ...you can also send legal notice to Chit person that he not paid the chit amount and claiming I am defaulter not paid monthly chit amount..... approach to advocate he will help you out how to take out money from chit person

hi first need to see the details of the case filed against and the notice received from the court and based on that you could proceed legally or reply tk the case by appointing an advocate to defend the matter
