Want clarification on getting my share if transfer business to wife

I Want To Start A Business In My Wife's Name. In Future, If She Denies to give me any money, what precaution should I take. Should I take a declaration from her in court paper duly notarized that she will be bound to give me certain percentage of share. Please advise.
Your proposal is not legally tenable.Unless it is a partnership firm , being an outsider to the stated business venture,how you can claim share of the gain out of such business venture. If any contract is entered into by and between the parties such contract is liable to be void .
