Present company asking me resign without any proper prior notice

Hi,
This is Ramaguru .working in a medium scale IT company in bangalore.
In this Corona Pandamic time , my company is asking me to resign my job without prior notice and not paying money even for the worked month in spite of my intimation to them that i am family man with many dependants.
So, Could you please advise me what can i do further
