Need to Sue a growing scam Company

I need to Sue company which claims to pay 25k to 45k for a chain business if and only if one is willing to buy a package worth 5000rs or 10000rs not only that they need 1000rs apart from that to get a unique trading id to promote things online. Could you please help on this I not only need to get my money back but also stop the company from looting poor people's money. Request you to guide me .
