I want refund from qnet MLM company. They are scamming me .

I joined qnet company not long ago.. and I have paid my upline 1lakh20thousand rupees... which they told me that the money would be used for purchasing license. The registration is free for qnet.. I got my email and find that I am only registered.. there is still no purchase of any product, which means the money u gave them is still not used to purchase my product. So I asked them to refund my money . But now they won't even pick my calls and ignore my messages. What should I do to get my money?
We can immediately send a legal notice for recovery of the amount. Also the terms and conditions needs to be perused, if any, signed between you and the company. A legal notice has to be sent to them to refund your money apprising them about the wrong committed by them. In that legal notice, we should demand our money back and let them know that if they don't refund it we will initiate criminal and civil proceedings against them. You may consult me in that regard

Do you have a copy of Terms and Conditions of the company?
If you have then you have to go through it.
After that we can send a legal notice for cheating, breach of trust etc. and give them time to reply or refund. if they didn't reply to it, then we can proceed with the filing of a criminal case against the company.
