I operate a Health Support, Appointment Booking, Diagnostic Booking and Discount Facilitation Centre in West Bengal under a valid Trade Licence. We do not provide medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, prescribe medicines, or operate a clinic, laboratory or pharmacy. Please advise whether any approval, registration or licence from the CMOH or Health Department is legally required. Also mention all mandatory legal documents, compliances and registrations needed to operate lawfully and safely

There are couple of compliances and licenses from the drug Authority of the relevant place wherever you're working from. You will have to procure the licenses and register your concerns name according to the rules and regulations and the buyers of the authority kindly get in touch we can help you with the due diligence
