I, Prem Prabhat Sinha, started a firm Bractburd food and beverages pvt ltd with two other directors. After one year of incorporation, both directors didn't share any detail of company activity like. balance sheet, bank statement, P&L statement, audit report etc. How can I take legal action against.
you should file a petition with tha company law board on the ground of mismanagement. since company is an individual person no one can cheat or makes profit for individual. if other directors are concealing any data of the company they will be liable for the illegal activity.

You can file a suit for inder Specific Releif Act and vene under NCLT for getting all the details such as balance sheet, bank statement, audit report etc.
