Employer Makes Me Work For One Month Without Salary

Hi, I got an offer from Calcutta based company to Join them as an Area Sales Manager. After working for them for entire month, they delayed the salary initially and then did not release it. After asking for it they stop the communication. They left me with no job no salary. I have all the documents, offer letter, email, whatsapp chats and call records. Neither I left job nor they have terminate me. Please Advise the Legal route I should take to get my 1 month salary along with the compensation for this harrasment. Thank you in advance!
