i have disputes with my co directors and now they are running a company now i want ro file a civil suite for my saftey i have a give gpa to my family in india hoe can i file suite and claim the money or if they file any civil suite or our member file how can i reply that case if any notice or warrent is issue in india for me wiyhout appering
Dear in ur matter we have to discuss further on call.but for file the suit u have to give poa to any one of ur family member as well as u can file caveat in court so if any case or suit file by ur parter court can not further process without inform u .
