For termination after 10 years, experience certificate and gratuity claim you need to approach court. There is no alternate solution for recovering the your claim and compensation. We practice in industrial and labour law so you can contact for further course of action.

I must suggest you to hire a competent lawyer, send a legal notice addressing your grievance with a time limit, however you have done a illegal act but still the same is on the judiciary to declare you a wrongdoer, I will suggest you further that even after the notice and in case of non-compliance to the notice, you may make a representation to the labour commissioner. This is the only best I can advise you at this point of time.
Thank you.

You can send a notice to your company stating and asking your experience letter and gratituty. As it is your right and hardworking for which you are asking and under no circumstances can that be denied to you.
