CANCELLATION OF THE SOCIETY REGISTRATION

Dear Sir, In our society election is overdue & several meetings held but nobody is ready to become committee member or form new committee. They insists to appoint the Administrator for long time or permanent basis. We explained them Administrator will be appointed for six, further extended 3 to 6 months if not new committee is not formed. Sir if after one year of Administrator tenure the new committee is not formed then registration of the society will be cancelled as per our knowledge. Sir what will be next action? Member’s ownership rights? Society's building & land which is recently conveyed by Deemed Conveyance, mutation entry is done on property card. To whom the land rights or building ownership will go? Our main question once registration of the society is done then all building & land rights to whom will be transferred, because at present the property card is in the name of the society. The condition of the building is in dilapidated condition & BMC Kindly help us earliest.
