Facebook page has been kept on inaccessible due to the copyright claim

24-Jul-2023 (In Trademark & Copyright Law)
I am unable to access my Facebook page due to the copyright claim by TFPC (Tamilnadu Producers Council). When I did a meme video for facebook upload, I added a comedy clipping that was available from youtube. I have never earned money using that video at all. Because of this, my video has been reported as copyright claim. This happened two years back. Then i have provided my explanation to facebook, they have asked me to talk with the producer council and send an email with the consent. I tried to contact TFPC to request them for revoking the claim. Since there was an internal issue at producer council office i could not contact them. Is it possible to fix it up now? I believe that this can be fixed it up with the TFPC by explaining the issue. Please let me know if anyone who can sort out this. thank you

I will be able to create a counter claim for their DMCA Notice under Copyright Act citing it as a fair use policy. I will need more details of the video, if possible, the actual video which was uploaded in your disabled profile to mark it as exhibit if required.
