Would Their Be Trademark Clash Or Objection Under This Case

Suppose I'm into Henna business & want to trademark the name HennaBox.com & sell my products worldwide. But during Google search I find that Henna is also spelled as Heno in some other country or language & someone has trademarked HenoBox.com & is selling Henna in their country.
So in this case would their be a Trademark Clash, Objection or Infringement. If yes, then in terms of percentage, what are my chances of getting trademark registered & winning the legal case against third party ? Thanks
