Can I sell Hollywood Movies Catchphrases in India

Greetings of the day
This is Ashish.
I want to know the process of selling Hollywood movies merchandise online. Are they copyrighted or trademark protected.
Let's say I want to sell a t-shirt which says "I am gonna make him an offer, he can't refuse"
From the movie "The Godfather".
Do I have to take permission for that or I can sell it right away?
Also does all the movie lines copyright protected if not how to check which dialogue is copyright protected and which is not.
