Zoomcar not paying the refund they agreed on
31-Jul-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I booked a car from Zoomcar in Bangalore in May and paid the first month rent and deposit. They later said the car is not available for I asked for a refund which they agreed to pay. The refund did not happen till July 31 2020. What should I do?
I have the email thread to prove the dispute.
Send a legal notice through Advocate seeking for refund if they fail file a consumer complaint for unfair trade practice and fraud. Feel free to contact me for further guidance if you need in this regard in karnataka
