wrong report by one lab, how should I proceed for compensation

08-Dec-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I did DNA testing from Medical Lab A. They gave me report as negative. To confirm, I did retesting from Lab B. They gave me report as positive. As the lab A report was negative, I was under depression, trauma & caused mental agony to me. I guess lab A report is wrong. How should I ask lab A about correctness of report & if the report is wrong, then ask for compensation. Which medium should I use. Email/lawyer's notice/consumer court. Please guide me how to proceed.

As per your instructions my suggestion is you should be test on lab C and then first conform the report then issue Notice against the wrong one. you have both option that you that you also file the case for compensation in competent court and also file a suit in consumer forum
