Which state's distric case can be file
25-Jul-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I need to file a case in consumer court/forum against a company head office located in Mumbai...but I live in Faridabad Haryana....can I file my case in Faridabad district or I have to go to file it in Mumbai ( which is impossible for me) however compay have proper branch in Faridabad and also a sub head office in delhi too. Kindly guide me thanks a lot
आप अपना केस फ़रीदाबाद में भी डाल सकते है जहाँ आप रहते है और जहाँ काम करते है वहाँ आप consumer कोर्ट में केस दायर कर सकते है। उसके लिए पहले आपको वकील से नोटिस भिजवाना पड़ेगा उसके 15 दिन के बाद केस कर सकते है ।
